What this tells you
A matching version only means this page matches the published data. It does not prove that collection, notifications or every deployment succeeded. The operations section checks the public health endpoint for collection heartbeats and deployed versions. Build details are a static snapshot. Health checks may be briefly cached and do not confirm quota delivery.
Unchanged records may mean no new announcements. An older page shows a refresh notice when a new version is published. Failed version checks are shown as unavailable, never as “all systems operational”.
