Data method & corrections

An announcement, an effective reset and a redeemable reset are different events.

How records are collected

Reference-site APIs and official account timelines provide leads. The collector checks the original author, timestamp and full text. Records must satisfy the source and classification rules before publication; ambiguous leads belong in the review queue.

“Source checked” verifies a post, not every user's account. “Auto” means the summary has not completed a separate summary and evidence review. Unspecified eligibility stays under review rather than promising quota to everyone.

Types and timing

  • Full reset: quota restored within the announcement's eligibility conditions.
  • Banked reset: a grant that must be redeemed; a reminder about an old grant is not a new one.
  • Quota boost: more allowance, not necessarily a reset.
  • Heads-up: a future plan, excluded from completed-event counts.

Related official confirmation takes priority, followed by matching third-party execution evidence, then the officially scheduled time. Day-only announcements keep their precision. Announcements without a time remain pending until there is evidence. Scheduled-time entries and third-party observations do not verify delivery to your account.

The timeline's main date is the post timestamp; effective times are listed separately. A date-only source check does not imply a precise check time. “Records last changed” describes the content snapshot, not collector health. See service status.
